Free Gift!

When Jesus died, He paid for us all, not just to receive salvation, but to receive a whole load of free gifts.

But a gift is just that: it is something given. If we don’t receive the gift, then we cannot use it or walk in it.  So many people tell us about the gifts of God, but very few teach us how to receive them, how to begin to walk in the fruit of the gift.

In this teaching, Ian Clayton teaches about the gift of righteousness, one of the free gifts Jesus died to give us. Are you walking in the fullness of righteousness that Jesus died to give you? Have you received this gift? Are you using it? What is righteousness anyway? Why would we want to walk in this gift?

In Ian’s very practical way, he gives us a great faith exercise to practice to help us walk in this amazing free gift of God. Do you know how to put on the Gift of Righteousness?

Leaning on Her Beloved

We just don’t have a clue how much God wants us to be His Sons.

In this 5th teaching from Ian Clayton at the Into the Mystic conference August 2012, he teaches from the story of Moses to get us to consider becoming Sons of the Most High. The calling is high. Like Moses, like David, like Abraham.

When wilderness times comes, what do we do? Do we think God has abandoned us? Or are we driven further into His heart and will, awaiting His rescue, His direction, His ways, His love?

Who is this coming up from the wilderness, leaning on her Beloved… Our answer should automatically be Let it be me!

Enjoy this fabulous teaching: Leaning on Her Beloved.

Noah’s Arc

Did I misspell ark? (Did I misspell misspell?)

Was Noah’s Ark really a large boat that physically sailed on the seas, tossed this way and that?

Could it have been something else…?

In this teaching from Ian Clayton, he lets us into the insights of his own questioning mind to get us to question our paradigms of ‘classic church’ teaching on Noah’s Ark. Perhaps there is more than meets the eye! Perhaps it’s Noah’s Arc, rather! Perhaps it is a window into another dimension, the spiritual realm of heaven!

Enjoy this rather thought provoking teaching. Noah’s Arc.

And feel free to take it, or park it, but whatever you do. Allow the core of it to sink in: just because something has always been taught a certain way, does not guarantee that it is the gospel truth… Be Hebraic. Question!

Enjoy

Stepping Into Heaven

Part 3 of 7-part Ian Clayton teaching from Glory Company’s Into the Mystic conference August 16-18 2012: Into theMystic – Stepping into Heaven.

In this session, Ian teaches on stepping into Heaven, mainly because there are so few who teach on this subject. Sure, there are loads who profess to do it regularly, but how!?, all of the rest of us mere mortals ask! If we don’t know, surely it’s only because we haven’t been taught!

When Jesus died, God tore open the veil between the outside world and the Holy of Holies in the temple. This was no simple random act of God vandalism. God opened up the way, through Jesus, for any and all to enter in through the now open passage between the outside world and the Heavenly realm. It is our privilege, indeed, our responsibility! to step through regularly into the heavens, to engage God there, where He lives, in order to bring Heaven to earth.

So, practice, practice, practice, this very practical teaching, especially the engagement exercise at the end. It is by faith that we enter in. Glory!

Hebraic Foundations

Recorded at the Glory Company’s Ian Clayton Into the Mystic event, this August, this is the first part introduction from the first night of the conference. Into the Mystic: Hebraic Foundations

Before Ian gets into an excellent bible teaching on Jacob and the ladder between Heaven and Earth, he laid out a foundation, reminding us that God is a Hebrew God, and that the bible was written by men inspired by the Spirit with a Hebraic mindset.

This mindset is so different than the Western ‘Greek’ logical thinking mind. It is a mindset that wraps up feeling and emotions as equal to logic and intellect. It is a mindset that involves circular thinking and reasoning, rather than A to B logic. It is a mindset that sees both sides of something as equally important (good and evil, right and wrong), rather than empirically preferring one over another. And it is a mindset steeped with a rich oral tradition, full of questions, questions, questions… Any teaching that doesn’t leave you with more questions than answers is too simplistic in this mindset.

So enjoy this first podcast. More to come as soon as we can edit them…
